[ bless clarke as always for being the most reasonable!!!]
Although their pseudo-human predicament concerns me on the whole, in this instance, I mean to single out Thor. He recently disappeared and reappeared, entirely unaware of the gap in time between then and now. It would appear that similar incidents have affected the mortal among us as well, with some returning and more still missing. I mean to say I don't think amnesia's a tenable explanation anymore, Clarke.
You've noticed he's not the only one among us to disappear. I knew a woman named Vanessa. I examined a scar of hers, and she's gone. Another woman, Clary—she's gone, too.
Loki floated an idea of a portal in our chests.
That seems like the type of idea he'd bring to you. What do you think? Or would you like to be reminded of when he and I discussed it?

So, that said. They did this to gods, right?
Though I believe we may have started on the wrong foot. You singled out Thor, rather than both of them.
[Loki is a rather large elephant to ignore, at least in presence if not size.
(Only because Thor would obviously be the elephant.)]
