I don't think so. The memory loss would be more selective. At least, that's what I think. It's hard to know if I've forgotten anything without a point of reference, but nothing feels like it's missing, other than getting here.
The other explanation I've come across is time travel. From what Fitz told me, that's more normal and explainable than being pulled across dimensions.
